Skaistgirys Barefoot Trail
The valley of Uolynas Hill in Skaistgirys is decorated with a wide variety of wooden bird sculptures. In the valley, the local community has created a nature wellness trail, known as the Barefoot Trail, with solar-powered, renewable night lighting. The valley has playgrounds and observation towers. The Barefoot Trail is an excellent tool to massage travellers’ feet and the cosy environment surrounded by nature reveals views to the Semigallian plains and nearby dolomite quarries.
